Saturday was a strong night for boxing programming on basic cable, too. Matched head-to-head with an HBO doubleheader on premium cable, the Premier Boxing Champions doubleheader on FS1 peaked at 580,000 viewers and drew an average audience of 364,000, according to information from Nielsen Media Research. Those were the highest ratings for a PBC on FS1 show to date

LOL, these writers with an agenda keep bringing up PBC ratings. They cant wait to bring up PBC of Fox1 ratings but have yet to mention any of GBs ratings on ESPN. Wonder why?

        Exactly, the bias is clear

But yea PBC needs to just put cards on fox sports 1 and showtime, and an occasional cbs, that's it

Then again they didn't post the terrible Showtime ratings. Russell vs Escandon barely did half the ratings Crawford vs Diaz did.

What exactly would the bias be? The GB ratings on ESPN have been terrible, even worse than when PBC were doing the shows, but that's not very positive since I believe the GB shows are better than what PBC was putting on there.

That's actually good all things considered. Nobody knows Russell, especially with his inactivity, and even less know Escandon.

actually it is really bad. They had the early start time that featured the Gervontae Davis fight so they didn't go head to head with hbo. HBO went head to head with PBC on FS1.

Escandon is unknown but so is Felix Diaz and his inactivity....HBO has 25% more subscribers than SHOWTIME but did twice the ratings that SHOWTIME did so that math doesn't work either.

HBO just dominated them with 25% more viewers if you even the playing field by taking into account the subscriber difference
