PBC needs the rating b/c it's time for them to deliver to stakeholders. I think the fight to be made is Shawn Porter vs Danny Garcia. Let the WBC sanction that for the interim WBC title just make that fight. Porter will either run you over or force you to give you absolute best effort. I don't particular care for his style but he has a great chin and both guys bleeders so it will be a fan friendly affair. Of course this is just my opinion, WTF do I know lol!

Garcia gets credit, he's young, rich, and still in his prime. If Spence destroys Brook then we have the new beast of the division but I'm curious just how much longer can Spence make Welter, he's huge.
