Anthony Yarde barely had seconds to digest his first title victory before his second opportunity was revealed. The undefeated Ilford light-heavyweight dropped Chris Hobbs (now 6-2-1) six times at the Copper Box Arena in London before stopping him in the fourth round to claim the Southern Area title.

Yarde is physically a menace in the ring. Generates a lot of power!

Anthony looks VERY promising, I wish he had a more skilled opponent who could have given him more work so I could have seen more of his skill set but that will come. He is in a very tough division though and at this rate he will be able to compete with the big dogs if his development continues the way it is.

I think he's looked like a killer this far, he needs to fight someone fringe level soon though to see how he gets on

Big step up coming for Yarde, Warren taking a sizeable risk

Baby Steps NO RUSH! Maybe you allow him to step up against a Journeyman Veteran like Yunieski Gonzalez, Alexander Brand, Karo Murat. Want to see him get ROUNDS, would like to see him show he can Box for 10 Rounds if he has to or 12 Rounds before stepping up. KO streaks are nice for the dumb down casuals but he still need ROUNDS before stepping up!

Yardos is a boss.. Once he starts to fight better opponents we will start seeing his name more and more.. This guy would have been huge if he was with Eddie Hearn.

Guy is built like cruiser weight Haye. ****ing phenomenal build, I pop a lil chode whenever i see this guys physique. I don't think he is ready for fighters like Gonzalez or Brand as I definitely see him getting KO'd by Gonzalez and UD by brand who gave Ward hell. I think he needs to challenge the WBO European and get more rounds. He looked good but not invincible.

                P.S. it was sarcasm
