Comments Thread For: Hopkins: Boxing Now in Fantastic Shape After Joshua's Big Win

Bernard Hopkins says boxing is in "fantastic shape" following Anthony Joshua's thrilling victory over Wladimir Klitschko and believes "the sky is the limit" for the undefeated Briton. Joshua and Klitschko produced one of the best heavyweight fights in recent memory in front of a 90,000 crowd at Wembley Stadium last Saturday.

Seems like we all feel the same. Fantastic heavyweight fight.. Got me hyped going into this weekend but I legit fell asleep after round 5. Boring **** fight but can't blame Canelo. He did his part.

One thing for sure GGG v Canelo will be an all action fight. But boxing is on a high and thanks to AJ so many more are interested in it. People are my workplace were talking about boxing for the first time ever.. Usually a bunch of football fans (soccer).

As the heavyweight division goes, so does boxing. Klitschko dominated for so long that the heavyweight division went into hibernation, it finally is starting to wake up.

Canelo didn't *** it up, it was Chavez Jr with his horrible performance. All me and most of my co workers talk about boxing, maybe because we are Mexican. Simple as long as matches are 50-50 and give fans what they want it will be in great shape, it's not to complicated.

Yep HW boxing needed a new king. Wilder obviously hasn't done shut for that. Joshua is the king.

Cool story but it takes more than one punch to knock a heavy weight out. Unless your name is Mike Tyson.

Why is golden boy sucking up to Joshua so much? Trying to steal him too?
