Comments Thread For: Luis Ortiz: I'll Stop Joshua in 8, Klitschko Let Him Off The Hook!

WBA #1 rated heavyweight contender Luis Ortiz (27-0) was a very interested observer of Saturday's WBA/IBF/IBO heavyweight title fight at Wembley Stadium. Anthony Joshua climbed off the canvas to stop Wladimir Klitschko in the 11th round of one of the most exciting heavyweight fights in recent years.

This old man struggled against David Allen, he's not going to do anything

He didn't mention your name because at this point you bring nothing to the table. There's at least three more attractive match ups

Don't think so. I may be in the minority that thinks Ortiz is overrated. Everyone was supposedly ducking this man. He has skills but I'm unsure of his conditioning and footwork. I think Joshua has an easier time against Ortiz than Wlad.

October or November sounds good, Ortiz might of caught a break by getting his mando right after this war with Wladimir....if hes lucky Joshua drops that crap IBF belt that keeps enforcing mandos and curbs Pulev out of a huge payday ( lol go back to fighting Kevin Johnson or Who-Nex!).

struggled = won every round and then knocked him out?

Fight your mandatory in Ortiz or lose the belt. Simple as that.

These boxers are foolish to think bc Klitchko dropped Joshua that somehow it automatically means they found a weakness (didnt they notice who was dropped first )

On top of that Joshua had only 18 fights ,do these boxers really think Joshua isnt going to learn and come back stronger and smarter ?

Joshua will have a field day with Ortiz bc hes custom made to crush southpaws ,im also sure Ortiz isnt aware of that either !I understand he picked Klitchko and has to say something but ,he is in for a reality check like many who THINK Joshua was exposed!

He didnt even have a good coaching advice in the corner trying to set iup everything with the jab which played into Klitchko game and still won !

I also think Klitschko let him off the hook, but the problem isn't Klitschko not KOing him, It's evidently the bad stoppage that ruined a classic great fight, you need to land punches to force a stoppage, end of discussion.

He didn't knock no one out.

                    How about Malik Scott?

Ortiz was signed to excite the UK fans en route to a joshua mega clash. he failed and lost his contract.

40 years old and not a name. sucks.
