  • Comments Thread For: Heiland Ready For Jermall Charlo Eliminator, Then Golovkin Shot

Jorge Sebastian Heiland (29-4-2, 16 KOs) could finally be inching closer to a world title shot. The Argentine fighter has been waiting for a very long time. He was top rated contender under the WBC since Miguel Cotto was the reigning champion. Cotto was eventually unseated by Saul "Canelo" Alvarez in 2015. Canelo then vacated the belt last year and the sanctioning body made their interim-beltholder, Gennady "GGG" Golovkin, the full champion.

If GGG wants to be a legend, (like many believe), he should move to 168 and fight the likes of Degale, Groves, Zurdo. as compared to fighting the Charlos and Heilands.

and may be a long shot......... match with Ward..

Let's get this poppin'! What's the hold up? I can't get enough of the Charlo. Bros! Props to Jermell for a great performance this past weekend! I peeped Heiland's highlights and this looks like a 50/50 fight! Definitely a step up for Jermall! This is what champions do! Let's go! Salute to the Young Lions!

Lol, this article is written as if Heiland is a star and Charlo is just an opponent or regular contender. WTF?

Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing Jermall Charlo's debut at 160.

It will be a repeat of what happened with Jacobs. Charlo would end attending the post fight press conference with shades.

heiland looked like **** vs veron who has 4 KOs only (and they fought each other 5 times, FIVE)

he should have taken advantage of that victory over Macklin where he looked good, instead, he remained inactive. charlo should stop him inside 5.

Charlo would beat the dog **** out of this guy, but I guess it's not a bad intro fight to 160
