Stop. The reason he isn't facing these guys is because Arum won't make the fights. None of the other champs are afraid of this guy. HBO rejected the fight and instead of going to Showtime, Arum made this a PPV. Stop with the BS.

Yeah it sucks. Kid is a real talent, but 126 is all about Haymon so sadly he is pretty much ****ed atm.

I fully agree on Russell vs. Valdez or LSC vs.Valdez would be great too. In the meantime I wish Haymon and Arum could work out a deal for a fight with Mares and Valdez.

valdez is a solid fighter. power in both hands and has great balance. legit champ but saturday will be a good fight. good luck to the kid.

Lomachenko vs Russell Jr went to purse bid which Arum lost. He didn't make that fight. When HBO said no thanks to Valdez fight instead of going to Showtime and trying to get Mares, LSC, Frampton, or Selby, Arum made a PPV that shouldn't be a PPV. He never entertained matching Valdez against any of those other fighters

Only way Arum makes a fight with a non Top Rank fighter is if they give him options on future fights. Why would any of the top 126/130 fighters agree to that. I'm sure he wouldn't let Loma accept the same deal with another promoter.
