I'm glad Breadman keeps it real. Everyone is calling GGG out now. I'm glad he noted that Ward was ready to give GGG that work while everyone else was running.

Also, I glad Breadman remarked on how Spence gets hit. Never out of position to inflict pain and has a solid chin.I can't wait for that fight. I hope Spence can pull it off. We need more guys who are willing to challenge people.

As always, Breadman has great responses and I learned a thing or two from them.

strange choice of words. ward was the one who said he "wasnt ready" when approached by ggg. both guys were available and he wasnt ready...hmmm then years later when ggg had been wbc mandatory for a year and was waiting to face the canelo-cotto winner ward offers ggg a fight(with a comical 50-50 split when ward was the clear b-side) knowing that ggg is waiting for the wbcs decision. the only time they could have fought is right then and there before cotto/canelo cept in the contract there were tune ups

nothing more than a simple publicity stunt and its sad that actually worked since you have uninformed fans who dont look into the details saying the same thing. they think its normal that b-sides send deals to a-sides without even negotiating? heres a deal take it! oh he didn't take it he's ducking! then when you look at the details of the deal...comical split, atrocious timing as the wbc said winner had to face ggg. the only time they could have fought is right then and there before ggg signed to face lemieux but ward himself sadi he needed 2 tune ups and there were tune ups in the contract so of course ggg was going to turn it down. hes going to wait a year for ward to be be ready when hes wbc mandatory? comical

no one ever says hey ward why wrent you ready to face ggg back then? no one says why did you have to have tune ups first? why not just fight him? or why not have your tune ups since you arent ready and then offer him a contract when hes sorted out the wbc situation? they always put the onus on ggg to do everything ward wanted even though it made no sense and ward was the b-side. this is why they are labeled fanboys. they refused to actually look at what happened fairly.

SoOoOoOoO... I think you just had a complete meltdown that is rooted in previous conversations with other people. I have said multiple times that the GGG-Ward potential fight was a long shot and that the circumstances were not appropriate for either fighter to make it happen. I don't think either of them ducked, just that it wasn't the right time for either of them to make it happen. I won't really spend too much time breaking down your meltdown, but just because I acknowledge that Ward was at least willing to throw his name out there with GGG doesn't mean that I am uninformed or have a problem with GGG or whatever you ranted about.

Breadman's take on things is accurate. Who can forget Abel Sanchez' famous "164 or no fight?"

Ward wanted the fight and Team Golovkin didn't.

Only biased haters would twist this around to say that it was Ward who somehow avoided Golovkin.

                  Two points.

                  1. I like that boxing is not centralized around a league or central commission. While it may make the sport less competitive for fans, I think it makes it more competitive as a business. Boxing maybe the truest capalist sport left in America. Everything else is socialism and crony capalitlism. Where the top fighters can actually out earn and eventually dictate to the promoters where in centralized league sports. The owners generally make all the rules, money, and have all the power.

                  2. I personally dislike that people defend round stealing. All rounds are subjective but there is a thin line between ring generalship and round stealing. Having a close round and securing it at the end is completely different then relaxing all round and flurryin at the end.

he offered to fight him TWICE

first they demanded 164, then they refused the offer from Roc Nation in 36 minutes flat
