Comments Thread For: Rob Brant To Take Stay Busy Fight, Then Murata-N'dam Winner

It was announced earlier this week that negotiations would take place for Hassan N'Dam and Ryoto Murata (the two top rated contenders in the WBA) to fight for the "regular" version of that middleweight title. So where does that leave the third ranked contender, Rob Brant?

The WBA is full of ****. Golovkin vs Jacobs was suppose to put an end to the WBA regular title but here they go again. Seriously the WBA is the worst organization in the game and potent liars.

They haven't gotten rid of one regular title in over two years of saying they would.

On the one hand this is good news. If the winner of Murata-N'Dam has to fight Brant next that means GGG can put off making the mandatory on that belt until that follow up fight is taken care of. At the same time, this is bull*****. I thought they were trying to eliminate multiple beltholders in one division. Why did they promote N'Dam to the regular champion even though the previous regular champ was unifying the belt with GGG. And why do they keep making mandatory bouts for a secondary title?

Totally agreed, there's enough belts for each one of the 4 sanctioning bodies, we don't need 2 belts per sanctioning, this is bull****.
