Wembley? When? Khan isn't available due to ramadhan from the end of May until i'd say late August/early September. Theres a small window, a VERY small window where it is bookable and it may be ok in terms of weather but it may already be booked then by other people or Sky/Boxnation/BT may already be booked for then.

Wembley wouldn't be smart as the only way that many people will come if it's a legit 50-50 sort of fight i.e. Groves/Froch 2 at the time OR if you're really popular in a very interesting fight i.e. Joshua v Klitschko. Khan hasn't fought in the UK for a long time, Old Trafford/Bolton ground will be a better choice and it would have to have a solid undercard.
