Comments Thread For: Frank Warren: Jamie Conlan on His Way To WBO World Title Shot

Our return visit to the fight city of Belfast on Friday night was a bit of a slow burner to begin with and took a little while to spark into life, but when it did the entertainment value at the Waterfront Hall cranked up and, once again, Jamie Conlan more than played his part.

He jumped on them early when they formed in the late eighties and got alot of his fighters WBO belt bouts.

Those fighters then went on to do well against champs from the other orgs and gave WBO some credibility.

They vote him and arum promoters of the year every year without fail.

It would be negligent to put Jamie Conlan in with Inoue. He could get seriously hurt

Rex Tso in China could be a very fun and winnable fight for him

Why does boxingscene allow promoters to post puff pieces on their fighters? At least label this an advertisement
