  • Comments Thread For: Malignaggi on The Past, Present and Future of His Boxing Journey

This was supposed to be the easy interview Paulie Malignaggi at rest - a moment to catch up on the exploits of the "Magic Man" since his win over Gabriel Bracero last July. It was his third win in a row, he beat Bracero in his hometown of Brooklyn, and now, at 36 years old, why not walk off into the sunset, continue his stellar work as a television analyst, and enjoy a retirement that had not been decided upon yet?

Wish him the best...he's the best commentator in the game hands down.

Ya it's fairly hard betting on this fight, as much as I want to bet and support Paulie in this fight and him being the better odds in the bookies, I just can't ignore eggintons power and willingness to go into the trenches

"If I was only 26 with the mind that I have now. At 26, I was all ability, speed and reflexes.”

That's why they say that youth is wasted on the young! If one could combine years of experience with the prime of youth then what a fighter that would be.

But there is the option of becoming a trainer. Take all that you have learned and create a new, improved Paulie Malignaggi with one of these young kids coming up.

The video title is kind of exaggerated click-bait, no real needle to it at all, but it's Paulie related ..so anyway :

You're right, I would be in the NFL thinking about retirement right about now! Boxing is my #2, who knows I probably would of done that too...I did a little bit boxing in amature but Job Lay-Offs slowed me down......
