Never heard of Russell. After this I'd like to see Derevyanchenko attempt to avenge his countryman and stablemate Khytrov by taking on Aleem

        My godness.
He isn't that young, after Soliman he was ready for someone in the top 10, he has been inactive and now this?.
I think he would become a waste.

This is a EXCELLENT FIGHT! Learned about Kemahl Russell last year, been fighting in Jamaica and Guyana mostly so his resume is not good at all but it is some natural abilities and potential. Of Course Derevyanchenko is rising at Middleweight and is a serious threat with that combination of Skill and Power!

I like this idea, I guess they don't want to throw him in too deep after the inactivity. But Aleem would be a good fight after this, at least somebody like Fernando Guerrero or Glen Tapia.

After watching Khytrov's afll, I'm not sold on derevyanchenko, these hyped guys need to be tested, I'll watch the fight but unles Derevyanchenko fights a top guy and looks ok to me he's just another guy waiting to lose in the near future.

Have you seen both of them fight?
Pretty clear Derevyanchenko is better than Khytrov.
I guess being dumb is just easier
