LAS VEGAS -- Former world champion Thomas Hearns, who along with Sugar Ray Leonard, Marvelous Marvin Hagler and Roberto Duran dominated boxing in the 1980s and became known collectively as "The Four Kings," headlines a 14-person class of inductees into the Nevada Boxing Hall of Fame, Hall CEO/president Michelle Corrales-Lewis announced Wednesday.

Great list. I have no complaints about any names on the list.. But damn.. it took Hearns this long to get in

Congratulations to the one and only Motor City Cobra, The Original Detroit Kronk Hit Man. Top 5 All-Time @ Welterweight and that includes a lot of dudes. A dude who lived to crack jaws, and dislocate eye sockets. Rather stretch a dude out @ any weight, before he let a fight go to the cards, or die trying.

Much respect to Mike Spinks and Mike Carbajal as well.

This is the Nevada "other" HOF which has only been open a few years. It looks like they're taking 5-6 a year so it's going to be a while before they get to everyone. In New York Hearns was selected in 2011, his first year of eligibility.
