  • Comments Thread For: Joshua: I Hope Fury Returns Strong; Fighting Him Irrelevant Now

NEW YORK Anthony Joshua is well aware that he is about to fight a man who's no longer the man because Tyson Fury defeated him. Joshua can't concern himself, however, with beating the man who beat the man. Fighting Fury would do huge business in their native England, but Fury's future as a boxer is uncertain because the former IBF/WBA/WBO heavyweight champion is focusing on conquering alcoholism, depression and drug addiction.

No matter how AJ cuts it, still Fury's leftovers and Fury got there first.

Fists of Fluff Furry is a halfwitted imbecile, if he had any self respect it would be him headlining at Wembley versus Joshua not Klitschko, instead he has been unearthed as a PED using cheat, a lazy unmotivated fat sack of shyt lacking the mental fortitude to be a real champion of the people.

Even if you win no sugar coating that Fury had already been there, done that. Which when he returns makes him perfectly relevant. Hurry back champ!

Not irrelevant, but he definitely needs a comeback fight if AJ is going to get full credit.

Oh, it's relevant because he's the man who beat the man, will be for the real title and will generate a lot of interest and a huge purse to both men.

It doesn't get more relevant than that, really.

Joshua is correct here ,you can only fight a fight that's relevant if you are to be taking serious as a top Champion. We don't even know what fury's shape is? where is it logical that Fury gives Joshua a harder time than Klitcko based on age? Does anyone actually favor Fury in a rematch with Wlad based on a number ? lol

The truth is Joshua would in all likleyhood have little trouble with Fury if they should meet,i cant see how even unbiased fans think Joshua has to defeat Fury to get credibility? Since when does that angle work in boxing off of one fight? Anyone who knows Klitchko knows Joshua is facing a more prepared Wlad than the one who fought Fury this time around and Wlad has never lost twice in a row.

I could see if Fury literally ran klitchko over in dominant fashion but lets get real the fight was a flop ,one of the fighters didn't show up for a few reasons and when he did it was the last round!

                  Wilder vs Fury is entertaining.

Klitchko vs Fury is entertaining until Wlad mounts the attack and trys to finish it in either a k.o or decisive win in 12 rnds.

Joshua vs Fury ..well you will see what i was talking about!
