It should be obvious to every boxing fan by now -- even the dumb ones -- that Manny Pacquaio does not pick his opponents and does not negotiate his own purses. Arum decides who he will fight, when he will fight and how much money he will make. Pacquaio's advisor is only there to keep Pac in line if Pac gets an wild hair up his a..ss and actually speaks up for himself.
