lol this is the guy who is the perfect example of when gifts go wrong. At least Charles Martin cashed out quick enough to make the title kind of serious again. Imagine the "quality opposition" that Glazkov would've fought as champion.

Because he went down from a punch and got injured. No different than a fight being stopped due to a cut from a punch.
