Comments Thread For: Jacobs: Golovkin-Canelo Talk Leaves A Bitter Taste in My Mouth'

NEW YORK He won't allow it to distract him, but Daniel Jacobs is somewhat bothered because some people are looking past his fight against Gennady Golovkin.

"It’s like you’re watching social media all day, looking for what the fans say about you. Like I don’t care about that stuff." Really? Then why continue talking and putting out interviews literally every single day?

Good on you Jacobs. Call him a ducker, or a coward but I like the guy. He lived through a cross road of life and death and came out on top. He's a good guy, I like him. Win or lose, I'll support Jacobs and I'm glad he would get good money from his previous fights and this fight to support him and his family.

You know how it is on NSB. This was probably 1 interview that they turned in to 20 threads.

I dont think itīs a good idea to be on social media every day reading what fans have to say. That canīt be good for his mental preparation. I donīt hink that inspires him to prove them wrong for the way he expressed himself, talking about a butter taste in his mouth.
I think he will enter that ring 100% ready phsysically, but not mentally

It's always the same thing. The fighters who are going to fight GGG are always beaking off to the media. And GGG mostly just remains quiet until fight night. Then GGG does his talking in the ring. I think that deep down Jacobs thinks he may have bitten off more than we can chew. That's why all the talking, just like Kell Brook.

Jacobs should be in this mentality, he got's to fight to prove something, but that being said Golovkin is probably gonna stop him but I put $5,000 on Quillin over Jacobs and I lost the bet, I'm not betting against Jacobs
