Comments Thread For: Berchelt: I Have Everything in My Locker to Beat Francisco Vargas

Confident in his ability to cause an upset, Miguel Berchelt (30-1, 27 KOs) is adamant that at 25 years of age and with experience accumulated, he is in the perfect position to become the WBC world champion when he takes on Francisco Vargas (23-0-2, 17 KOs) on January 28.

I'm not trying to put these guys down, I just analyze what I see and compare. Berchelt can box some, but it's not complete. He plays keep away and moves in with combos, some a little wild. His inside game is a mystery to me, he's been matched pretty good. No body has been able to put pressure on him, they've been a slow footed bunch. He has power, no doubt, he can dish it out.

He will be the winner in this fight. His inside game is good because he has a lot of power and a great hook to the body.

This guy always train like a beast, he psychically is a beast and he is hungry.

Jaw? That shot of the Colombian puncher was too sick and Miguel was able to stand up but he was in a bad condition.

He has hearth. He will Ko Vargas.

Both fighters were champions in the national amateur tournament

Golden Boy Promotions will sign Berchelt after he knocks out Francisco Vargas because Vargas has been involved in 2 many WARS lately
