Beterbiev should fight Sullivan for the final eliminator to the IBF title.

So an IBF mando fight in February... IBF rankings show Beterbiev #2 and Kovalev #3 ... One can only dream...

Another fight on the Stevenson defense card in April and then the real deal fall 2017 ...

If all goes as expected Beterbiev could as well reign on the LHW Division by the end of 2017 ...

if you want a title shot you could get a time machine and fight kovalev last year.

If even Ward wanted a couple tune up fights, one would believe Artur was maybe a little "green" then... Don't you think ?

This, lol at people expecting him to just jump in their with THE then LHW champ with less than 10 fights.

A guy like Ward who has fought a lot of great opponents and beaten them all and cleaned out the division at 168 wanted tune ups before fighting Killa Kov.

Does fighting on Stevenson's undercard setup a potential meeting between the two? It mentioned his ranking with the IBF, but not with the WBC. Do anyone know offhand where he is ranked with the WBC? He may have options for a title shot with both, which could be a good situation for him, if he's ready.

Beterbiev is #4 with the WBC but Stevenson has to fight the Alvarez-Bute winner and the winner of that then has to fight Gvozdyk.

I have a feeling he will end up fighting for a vacant IBF
