Funny how this fight got made the week after Charlo just KO'd a blue chip prospect in savage fashion and announced his move to 160. Still, Golovkin finally took a fight with Danny Jacobs. Charlo scared him into it, but its here now. Lara and Charlo are hunting for Golovkin. Jacobs is first of the Haymon guys up to the plate. No excuses. Golovkin has plenty of hungry fighters to face with the Haymon stable now available.

Golovkin is the betting favorite against anybody from 154-168..so it's easy to dismiss all his opponents as bums, Golovkin is on another level. .his toughest fight will be Canelo doe, not Jacobs. .but whoever talks down on this fight is a bonafide hater.

Good fight I think GGG has shown vulnerabilities which should generate realistic challenges. His legs look older and he's overly anxious to land without using the jab as he has done in the past.
We'll see what he has left this year, Jacobs, Charlo, Canelo are now in line! Will he clean house or get beat?

How does Charlo who's not going to be fighting for another 4-6 months scare someone who's been negotiation this fight way before Charlo's fight? And stop mentioning Lara that meme needs to die already.

Before negotiations began Daniel Jacobs was a guy that GGG was scared of and would knock him out.
Now that the fight is happening Jacobs isn't that good lol
I agree that Ward (one of the best p4p fighters of this era and a bigger guy) would beat GGG but some of you need to chill out dreaming up ways to criticize every single fighter that comes along

Bro really?! Jacobs has a chance big time the guy can flat out fight and will test GGG and can win! Who's the hype job Jacobs or GGG? Jacobs iced Quillin in a round. This is the best fight at 160 hands down.
