He's obviously saying that the Jacobs fight is the most important fight for him right now. It should be a good matchup, one that GGG should win.

He isn't lying. That says a lot about his level of competition (resume).
Jacobs is NOT an amazing fighter, far from it. Let the hypejob continue!

Jacobs is bigger and is right on his physical prime. Also hungry as hell, if he beats Golovkin he becomes some kind of god in the US.

Golovkin should take this challenge very seriously, and I know he will.

Jacobs is a top mw and likely the 2nd best mw behind ggg. He has a high ko percentage, ko'd quillin in 1 and there's a reason why Canelo and his team prefer Saunders to him.

GGG will take this gift line the David bout. None of that waving him on to punch him in the face.

Funny how this fight got made the week after Charlo just KO'd a blue chip prospect in savage fashion and announced his move to 160. Still, Golovkin finally took a fight with Danny Jacobs. Charlo scared him into it, but its here now. Lara and Charlo are hunting for Golovkin. Jacobs is first of the Haymon guys up to the plate. No excuses. Golovkin has plenty of hungry fighters to face with the Haymon stable now available.

he says that about every fight ffs, this fight should end very quickly, if Jacobs win (I highly doubt it) he will do it in round 1 or 2 in Quillin like stoppage, if Golovkin wins it will be in round 3 or 4 (what most likely will happen) he will put Jacobs to sleep

Jacobs is on the same level of degale, ramirez, and jack. I actually have him above jack in skill set. This is a very dangerous fight for gennady. Jacobs is taller, longer reach, very fast, and has one punch ko power. It would propel him to p4p number 1.
