In an effort to help tidy up the sport, the sanctioning body has ordered testing in title fights, meaning either Joseph Parker or Andy Ruiz will need to take time out of their celebrations to leave a sample. Parker has already signed up to VADA, the voluntary anti doping agency, and his promoter Dean Lonergan said it was important the sport was drug free.

Fun fact, BoxRec now has a row in a boxer's description if they are in the WBC's VADA Clean Boxing Program. It however doesn't say anything in any other case (eg. doing other testing, doing no testing etc)

99% of the time you'll never catch cheaters this way cause most of them have already clean their system. For a drug cheater to beat a test like this is like taking candy from a baby, easy work!!
