I think we can All agree Lomachenko dominated a prime fighter more than mayweather.

You can compare Lomachenko's victory over Walters to Floyd's against Diego Corrales, Diego Corrales was definitley a more proven bigger killer than Walters at 130 lbs and unlike Walters was #5 P4P at the time if I'm not mistaken, when the betting started Corrales was actually favored to win, but during the build up it was revealed that Corrales was in court over some dometic violence BS and on the day of the fight the odds were even, Lomachenko on the other hand was a huge favorite going into the fight vs Walters because of Walters inactivity and him not proving himself at 130 lbs.

I think Floyd vs Corrales was a better win and a more complete performance where Floyd forced the corner to stop the fight and not due to his opponent giving up.

Did you see the fight? Mayweather didn't back peddle, he stood right in front of Nelo.

Lol @ this thread, if Floyd beat someone like Walters all we'd hear is that Walters was an overrated inactive weight bully.

He had only 6 fights over 135 before he fought hatton whereas hatton won a title @47 first and never fought as low as Floyd

Being taller n lanky doesn't mean bigger

Hatton was dwnser, sturdy and squat more heavily muscled

Yawn. Loma is a very good boxer. I enjoy watching him. The best thing about him is he makes alt right white nationalists appreciate boxing skill in a way they never could when Floyd or Roy was the man.

I truly hope he fights everyone he could. IMO he could possibly crack the top 10 all time if he does that and wins all of these fights.

In 2 years, Crawford v Loma could be epic. I just hope his HBO deal doesn't prevent him from fighting everyone he could.

Loma was solved (at least for most of that fight) by Salido, a type of fighter that Floyd repeatedly handled much easier.

At this point in his career, it is a huge disservice to Loma to compare him to Floyd.

And it is pretty much an insult to Floyd to compare him to a guy whose resume is so small and has only one potentially elite fighter on it.

How old was Floyd his 8th fight? How old is Loma now? If Loma turned pro the same age as Floyd would he be fighting this level of competition or the same level Floyd fought when he turned pro? If Floyd stayed in the amateurs as long as Loma and turned pro at the same age would he be fighting the same level of competition as Loma is fighting now? Now if I said compare Floyd resume at the same age as Loma is now you'd say it's an unfair comparison because Floyd turned pro earlier.
