          Damn, dude looked dedicated. Hell yeah, I always liked Ruiz just didnt like his fat ass look cause what that says to me he isnt working hard enough in the gym. But now you can see he grinding for reals.

                  I'm not buying it. Ruiz was always out of shape and gassed easily. There was also an interview with Abel Sanchez last week where he was talking about how Andy will be ready, however if you paid attention to what he's talking about, Sanchez is talking about conditioning. He expects Ruiz to be in good shape for the fight. Unfortunately, that's not enough to be a world class boxer. Conditioning should be an absolute given for a world class boxer. The training camp should be spent polishing skills, not burning off excess calories.

                    Wow Ruiz def putting in hard work looks 2/3 the size lost crazy weight that's what ggg workouts do for you if he did that all along depending on chin could be champ already we will see like he said he has to perform ggg and able not throwing or taking punches
