Jo Jo Dan had fought at junior middleweight before. But there is a big difference between facing Rafael Jackiewicz and Jarrett Hurd. Jackiewicz, who Dan outpointed in September 2015, was a fringe welterweight contender. Hurd might be one of the top 154-pound prospects out there right now. Dan never posed any danger to Hurd. He put up some resistance and put forth plenty of effort, but Hurd was able to land clean, fast and hard for a sixth-round technical knockout.

It looked like it. Hurd is a big guy, especially against someone who really has no business at 154. Dan has heart but Hurd should've had him out of there sooner. He needs a real name SWW now.

I felt bad for the 2 Dan fans in the otherwise silent crowd who never stopped screaming for their man as he was getting battered.

Don't know why they keep making these mismatches. Something tragic will happen one of these days and someone will get sued.

Exactly! He was a bum when he fought Brook, and he's still a bum!
