        lucas been in with the best has taken robberies, lumps, and bruises....hell for all u know he's blind as well..no need to **** on him to big up charlo for being a young lion...

              It sounds weird, but you can spar and do a lot of drills with shítty eyesight.

              I have 20/400 near-sighted vision, but with contacts it's corrected to 20/20.

              However, getting hit in the fúcking eye every so often during hard sparring can present a problem for contacts wearers, so I often removed them before sparring and bag drills.

              I quickly learned that eyesight isn't everything. As long as I could see the shape of my opponent and the location of his head, I could land punches.

              One thing that motivated me was watching Floyd hit pads with Roger, sometimes closing his eyes while doing so. I would have thought it was impossible, but I was in the gym doing it a week later. It's easier than one would think, as long as you know your combos by heart.
