Why is Roy Jones calling out GGG when Canelo is ducking him?

GGG has to finish his business at MW before moving up....Jacobs & Billy Joe Saunders next.

Crazy how many pro boxers keep saying this, yet so many hardcore fans somehow think it's a horrible thing. When you like a fighter, don't you want to see him do great things? Do you really want to keep putting out fires for the sake of public perception? I'm not even criticizing Golovkin. His path is his own and it's his career. But, why would hardcore fans be so against taking greater challenges? I think Ward going after Kovalev is fantastic, win lose or draw. Am I supposed to think it's a bad thing to seek greatness?

Agreed. But, I think BJS will never fight him and Canelo is going to make it take a couple years. Get Jacobs on the hook, then go get those 168 belts, IMO. That's legacy building work.

The best part is in 2018 Roy will have to remind everyone again of what he and everyone else said in 2016. How is Alvarez responsible for Golovkin? The red head doesn't even a have a belt that Gennady wants. Was given to him as a gift. Loeffler should be dealing with Warren innit? Isn't the WBO priority? Or does Warren prefer to work with GBP again? Warren seemed rather happy in the ring at AT&T stadium. Must really love working with other Mafia pimps like Oscar and the Alien. Loeffler, the ex real estate agent isn't taken seriously. Sells fights like the failure of his condo portfolio
