No you don't win world titles on coke.....but you will lose your world titles when you have taken coke and failed a drugs test......coke is an illegal substance and is banned during competition and seeing as your guy was training for the October 29th rematch against klitchcko that pretty much guarantees he will get a suspension and he will also lose his world title belts...how hard is for the dimwitted fury team to comprehend it
