There was nary an incident at the scale as the pair of near-middle aged boxers came well within the 175-pound divisional limit. Braehmer (48-2, 35KOs) - who turns 38 on Wednesday - came in at a trim and ready 172.6 lbs. in search of his sixth title defense. Haha I was thinking the same. If he's middle-aged at 29 then I must positively ancient at 32.

I hope Cleverly can win this. He's an entertaining boxer, speaks well and besides, Braehmer has been holding a belt hostage for way too long now. Must have one of the weakest resumes of any beltholder out there, and in this age that's saying something.
