not one to defend the toemaker usually but no way is he running from briggs. Briggs is an old annoying fool, understandably i dont think haye can deal with a whole promotional tour with this guy and the best way to get revenge on old broke ass shannon is by not giving him a payday. I hate that kind of thinking normally, but its a mismatch to begin with anyway, briggs was shot to **** about 10 years ago let alone now, not seen many more one sided fights than vitali v briggs and that was god knows how long ago. Saying that, toemaker will make me look ****** when he announces his next fight against some scaffolder from hungary.

LOL why would he give briggs a payday? The chump is not on Haye's level. Haye puts him away in 2 rounds and gets accused of fighting another bum.

Am NOT falling for this shit. They are trying to sell this fight and gather more interest, and the more dumb people actually believe Haye is ducking the more they get those interest and make more money for this already signed and sealed fight.

If that fight does happen this year, it's not worth it. Briggs has promoted it solely for almost a year. Haye doesn't want to work his way back up as a top earner. He just wants to hang around and get beat up for a nice purse. He could probably out box brings if he trained for that strategy, but it's not worth the risk of getting blasted out early. Briggs is like Foreman, power hasn't faded with age.

David Haye can see what's coming 4 vacated titles (WBA,IBO, WBO, Ring) , Haye will set himself up to get one of those by going at it the easy way

Did Shannon call Haye's opponents bums? after all the rubbish he's fought in the last decade?

                Oh dear.

Can Haye just stick to his word and fight Briggs. All he is doing is ****ing around.

Totally agree. There is no upside for Haye if he fights the buffon!
