I guess different rule for different fighters then.. I won't be forced to fight him, my team are responsible for the fight not happening, I am not a MW and grow into one to face one..

And in another news, GBP made a 8 figure pay offer and apparently team Golovkin turned it down..

The translator got it wrong, they have not turned it down. Oscar is planning the fight for September so there's a still a to of time to negotiate. No one but those around Loeffler and Oscar know the specifics of the deal besides it being 8 figures. Oscar did mention a few weeks ago that they would not negotiate on percentages so if they're offering a flat fee for the biggest fight atm 10 million seems like peanuts.

I don't personally think 8 figure number was like a done deal and the offer was on the table.. If you are talking about 8 figures and the fight in September '17 then it's pointless to discuss now.. If they are saying GGG gets 10mil now and no PPV money, it's a no brainer.. Accept it and beat his ass and then you call the shots if it goes to rematch Or any damn fighter who wants to fight GGG next.. Loeffler said in his interview today that he will not disclose the negotiation details but the fight was discussed at 160 and its on GBP to make the fight.. That tells me there is more to this offer on the table soup GBP is serving..

Thanks for pointing out, I should have missed out the timings.. No point discussing a purse now for next September fight.. Who knows whose stock will raise/fall.. If in May/June both fighters are undefeated and willing to face each other next, then go make the negotiations/offer..

Yup. GB is predicting GGG's stock will rise which is why they made this offer.
