    Comments Thread For: Hozumi Hasegawa Conquers Hugo Ruiz For Third World Title

    Akira Yaegashi, meet Hozumi Hasegawa.

    The loyal boxing fans in Japan will have to make room in their hearts for two cult heroes, as Hasegawa resurrected his incredible - though believed to be fading - career with a 9th round stoppage of Hugo Ruiz in a major upset Friday evening in Osaka, Japan.

        You shouldn't take mexicans seriously who don't even take themselves seriously...
        This dude's nickname is "Cuate" or buddy/pal.
        When did these type of boxers ever get anywhere?

        Ruiz thinks he's a boxer but doesn't use his reach or height and still ******ly comes in like the aggressor with no workrate or accuracy.
        Ruiz is a "good" mexican boxer.
        :hilarious::hahaha:

        I would tell all mexican boxers to make the trip to the US to train here. Cause I can't think of any mexican-american boxers that box as bad as he does.

                What a ****** post.

                And his nickname is because he has a twin, a brother. Is not buddy.

                And don't generalize, Ruiz is Ruiz, not all the Mexican boxing. Look the job that did Cuadras boxing like master and mishappen the #1 pound for pound.
