He deserves an immediate rematch but unless the IBF forces it, there is no way team easter will allow it. Almost always unless it is forced or there is an immediate rematch clause, a new champion will not do an immediate rematch if it is risky or was a war. Cant count how many times this has been the case.

ya only problem with if he wins the appeal is it will take away from robert easters victory which i think is well deserved. but ya a rematch would be great but it should be done willingly not forced because of a bad decision which wasnt imo a bad decision

I can't fault the judges on this because this was a very close fight! But from an entertainment value perspective, this fight is very deserving of a rematch, just like Salido vs. Vargas and LSC vs. Frampton! Easter Jr. had it in the 12th, now go in a finish the job in the rematch! Winner gets a shot at Mikey Garcia! Make it happen!
