because your scared to fight top fighters after what pirog did to you

The egos on many of these "American" fighters are unbelievable. Fighters used to understand they had to beat a star, usually multiple stars, at the top of their games, in order to become a star. Look how Pacquiao did it, beating Barrera twice, fighting Morales 3 times, fighting Marquez 4 times, beating Cotto, Margarito, etc.

Let's just compare you, Danny, to a star.

Pacquiao beat: Barrera x2, Morales x2, Marquez x2, Cotto, Margarito, Oscar de la Hoya, and so on.

You beat: Peter Quillin.

But why am I not a star! It's so unfair! Foh. Beat GGG, beat Canelo, then you'll b be a star and you only had to beat less than half the stars that Pacquiao beat. That sounds unfair to Pacquiao, not to you. Or you can keep ducking GGG while pretending you deserve to be a superstar without even being willing to fight the best in your division once, let alone look up or down a division for superfights the way stars usually do.

This can't be serious. I like Jacobs. Good fighter. Seems like a real nice guy, but...th's just ****ing with us here...

a) Newsflash - it has NOTHING to do with race. Many (most?) of the most amazing, most loved and most financially successful superstars in boxing have been black. They just paid their dues.

b) Personal Branding Tip - you will never be anything special until you fight GGG. You can even lose to him if it's a great fight. But until you fight the top guy in your division don't expect to be taken that seriously.

That's pretty much it, folks.

A black guy saying US boxing fans are against him is like a Japanese guy saying karate is racist against him but ok.

Not only have the highest earning US boxers been black, the US public *expects* boxers to be black and questions their legitimacy if they aren't (especially old geezers who stopped watching when Tyson lost and didn't see the European takeover of the sport).

Another ****** with no dignity looking for attention. Until he stepped it up his highlight reel moment is still getting gtfo by Pirog. Does he expect "Jacobsmania" to ensue?

Did his parents abandon him? that's usually the case with these "oppressed" types. They blame society for the failures of their parents to save their ego. Then you ask them a couple questions and it becomes obvious who made them feel like a victim for the rest of their life.
