    According to the Scottish Daily Record, WBA junior welterweight champion Ricky Burns has a lot at stake in his upcoming mandatory defense against Kiryl Relikh in Glasgow. The fight is scheduled for October 7th.

        burns v broner would be decent enough, people might think broners above that level but he isnt really, two B level fighters battling it out.

          Broner would have beat Burns easily 3 years ago and he'd beat him easily now. Broner may be a huge waste of talent but Burns isn't the type of fighter that gives him trouble.

            Okay, he's not beat any names up til now but Relikh can fight. You might want to check him out on the Hatton youtube channel before writing him off. Boxrec is a great resource but it doesn't tell the whole story. Relikh is pretty good.

              I will check him out. Really hope he can fight. Relikh has done absolutely nothing to deserve his mandatory shot, but then again Burns didn't deserve a title shot in the first place and only got his alphabet belt because his promoters did a great job of lining up an Italian pastry as an opponent in Scotland. IMO Broner beats Burns if Relikh doesn't.
