Comments Thread For: Jarrell Miller's Promoter: He's Ready For Any World Champion

By defeating veteran Fred Kassi last Friday in Rochester, New York as the headliner on ShoBox, Jarrell 'Big Baby' Miller improved to 18-0-1 (16 KO's). Greg Cohen, who co-promotes the brash native of Brooklyn with Dmitry Salita, is now hoping to position him for a title shot or a significant fight.

I don't agree but I would like to see him fight some better guys because he needs to tighten up his form and work on his jab.

        I'd like to see it.

I am a fan thus far, but let's see him in the ring with guys like Wilder, Fury, Ortiz, Povetkin, and Wladimir.

Put him in with a decent HW so he can earn a title shot.

I hope we aren't in a HW universe where a Kassi W gets you a title shot. It was a good W for him obviously doe cuz Kassi has given plenty of guys problems, but Miller gots more to prove before he's in serious contention for a shot at a belt.

Was anti-climatic because Kassi messed up his hand or something and quit the fight after the 3rd. The first round Kassi did ok because he was obviously quicker but Miller did a good job chasing him down and was breaking him down so the writing was on the wall when Kassi quit.

He came in heavy as hell though he weighed 3 bills, I like his weight because he is one thickly built man so I wouldn't want him to go too low but 280ish would be ideal I think.

It is worth watching just make sure you catch Miller talking smack before the fight in back, that is worth it on it's own.
