uh youre supposed to have a physical for every fight..... during the physical, they should be saying "geee that eye is all busted up and facing the arong way and ****, we should have an eye doctor look at it"

The commission should not make the decision if he needs any additional exams or not, it should be covered during the physical and the obvious answer is that, yes when someone has broken their orbital bone repeatedly and is looking like cyclops, they should probably see an eye doctor before fighting again. rocket science

Apparently that boxing commission is not giving much relevance 2 the eye...it seems 2 b in diminished capacity as well as a tendency to swell and bulge out... there has to be some type of optical damage in there , but money talks down there...

I can see why his wife divorced him....she probably woke up in the morning and jumped 10 feet when she saw his face and got tired of that. She would be right in saying that this was not the man she married. Probably had too many nightmares.
