Now height wise yes....but body wise frampton is just as big as him...in fact frampton has always been a 122lb fighter and sometimes even upto 125lb and yet Cruz has been as light as 115lbs ....so it's actually Cruz who has traveled up through the weights and frampton has remained consistently at that weight he's fighting now......so natural size wise there's nothing between them
