isnt a big name in the slightest, to be honest if you dont fight on sky which liam smith doesnt, noone other than the hardcore will have heard of them. And you cant pull the wool over the UK fans eyes either de la hoya, we all think your a twat just as everyone else does

If they are then they're in for a shock. Smith might take quite a decent crowd from Liverpool, but Hatton took fans from all over the UK.

Liam Smith is not a big name in the UK, not even close. He's a good fighter. I suspect he'd be a much bigger name if he was with Hearn fighting on Sky but he fights on BoxNation and hardly anyone subscribes to that, only "hardcore" fans.
