1. Even Hauser has backed down on the "Floyd was caught" scenario. He was not caught using the IV. How did he give the partial sample before the IV if he was "caught" with the IV?
2. So you are going to speculate that he had an IV waiting for him in the back of the MGM Grand?
3. I already answered that WADA states there are situations where rehydration by IV is more beneficial. Obviously if you are dehydrated, you will drink water. Should he not drink water just because an IV is planned later? That's idiotic. For whatever reason, USADA deemed that his condition was worthy of being treated with an IV. There's a huge jump from that to him abusing PED's when he passed 22 tests, don't you think?
1. so thats according to the damage control statements released by nsac and usada???? hahahahaha give me a break. floyd was caught and usada and nsac released damage control to cover it up.
2. yes because thats what lance did. look at the quote from the nytimes that state lance was given iv injections moments before a test.
3. why plan an iv and go through the trouble of acquiring tue and the whole press fiasco when drinking is more than beneficial ??? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA u are so lost. so he took i v therapy and drink liquids???? what sense does that make??? thats completely dunce and unecessary.
yes wada themselves say it clearly as a requirement for tue. again why would floyd require iv therapy??? he was clearly drinking liquids after weigh-in. he apparently never struggles to make weight. so why use something like iv therapy which is more for serious case.
I've looked over WADA's documentation and I do not see where it says a TUE will only be given for medical emergencies. Since you said it clearly states that, can you point that out to me?
So you're arguing that USADA was paid to allow Mayweather to abuse PED's?
Then why would he have to take the IV in the first place?
Why would he need a TUE?
Why would the TUE have been revealed?
Just want to know your opinion on those questions.
There's Tue provisions in the contract that wouldn't fly ANYWHERE. You get caught doing 15x the allowed amount the day before, you're tossed out of the competition instantly. Then if its proven it was a medical emergency you may avoid further sanction, but then youre not fit to perform the next day anyway, esp in a dangerous sport like boxing.
Didn't VADA lose their contract with the Schaefer's GBp cause they wouldn't sign some nondisclosure clause?

TUE provisions in what contract? The Mayweather/Pacquaio contract.
The provisions came from the ISTUE, which is a WADA document that existed before this fight was made.

in the document it says if no other method for rehydration is possible (e.g. drinking liquids) then tue can be granted. did floyd not drink liquids after the pac weigh-in???? if floyd was in such a bad state where he can not drink liquids then yes iv therapy would make sense because obviously he wouldn't be in a codition to drink liquids. this is all very simple stuff. but u are complicating everything hahahahahahhaahahahhahahahaha. such is the life of a floyd fart.
lol. no "private" contract is needed when handing out cash... you think the Feds can't trace things... in fact I don't even think you understand the advantages of the Patriot Act.. and I'm a "turk" as you say...

1. If that's just hogwash that NSAC and USADA made up, why did Hauser concede?
2. Yes, Lance took IVs before tests. Are you saying Floyd took 22 IVs?
3. Yes, it's completely ludicrous to hydrate both orally and intravenously. Because you do one, you should not do the other. (please note the sarcasm)

So you believe that their statement says if you can physically drink, then that's all you are allowed to do?
If I prove you wrong, would you admit that you are an idiot?
