It was all a little too blurred for my liking. Fighters have used IV's for rehydration for the longest time, it is a safe and lazy way to rehydrate, it has been the case in boxing and the UFC too until they banned it recently. It is far from a smoking gun to me though.

That was hardly Lance Armstrong's party trick either, all the cyclists have done it for a long time, but Lance use to micro-dose and later used blood transfusions which was just as effective as EPO, he had his own doping doctor Michelle Ferrari who would make a training plan and specific calendar on when to to dope and how much to stay under the radar, those guys had lots of techniques.

it's also a great way to cheat. why would floyd go through all the hassle and trouble to use iv therapy when drinking fluids is much more beneficial???? even WADA themselves say that scientific proof shows that rehydrating via oral rehydration is better. even floyd was seen easily drinking liquids after the pacquiao weigh-in????? so what is the iv therapy for if floyd was rehydrating via oral rehydration after weigh-in??? nope ur wrong. iv therapy was used frequently by lance just before tests because of how quick and efficient it was to mask illegal substances.

You're not disagreeing with me. You mentioned that it was used frequently. Floyd took an IV once. How would that mask a test given the next day, or the previous tests? It doesn't flush PEDs from your system. It masks the signs of it. And you do realize he gave a partial urine sample directly before being administered the IV, right?

WADA also mentions that an IV would be allowed with a TUE and has stated that there are circumstances where an IV is preferable to oral rehydration. Maybe you should admit you don't know what you are talking about.
