To be honest the only reason Brook is moving up is the same reason every little fighter moves up. He would get a good payday from it, people would call him ballsy, and the only risk he takes here would be if he takes a beating. He isn't the favorite so the risk is high reward low risk in that aspect, And he can finally add another name to his mediocre resume (Win or lose).
