New Rochelle, NY, Tuesday, July 12 -- Ireland's sensational, undefeated champion boxer Carl "The Jackal" Frampton is training in New Rochelle, New York, for his July 30 featherweight championship bout at Barclays Center. Westchester County Executive Robert J. Astorino welcomed him to the county by declaring July 12, "Carl Frampton Appreciation Day" and presented a proclamation to the Belfast, Northern Ireland-native at Champs Boxing Club in New Rochelle.
