Comments Thread For: Golovkin's Manager To Critics: Do NOT Compare This To Canelo!

Oleg Hermann, manager of IBO/WBA/WBC/IBF middleweight champion Gennady 'GGG' Golovkin (35-0, 32KOs), says there is no comparison between their decision to fight Kell Brook - and Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez's decision to face Amir Khan in May.

      It's worse.

Fighting a welterweight at 155 was a mismatch, fighting a welterweight at 160 is a bigger mismatch.

Brook is better than Khan, but still way too small.

surprised GGG picks a smaller 147lb guy to fight in Kell

GGG takes 5 steps back career wise with the Brook mismatch which proves nothing outside of GGG is an idiot managed by fools and just ******. Fight a George Groves or a DeGale and make a fricking statement but a 147lb 4th D champ is a joke. Shame on GGG that communist atheist moron. Even Canelo is laughing his mexican butt off at GGG or Going Going Gone.

Canelo could have just fought Triple G..see the difference?

Stop making excuses... it's whiny ****s like you that ruin the sport... a grown accepted a fight at a certain weight... if he loses he loses - no excuses you hypocritical pos..

Moving up 2 divisions is such a big deal.. but when fighters you don't like move up and win they get no credit - if moving up makes this fight such a mismatch - then Pacquiao must be the greatest ever because he moved up and been more successful than anyone in history - weight is important when you want to take away credit but it's not when you like the fighter.. ****-riding fan boys

Pacquiao is the greatest then because he moved up 9 divisions and dominated in every division... according to your logic you pos..

Brook is a top fighter... weight means nothing to Floyd or his fan boys remember it's about skills? When it's someone you don't like, then you're quick to point out weight fa66ot

Here's a fa66ot who has excuses for Brook if he loses already built to take away credit from GGG's win lol...

Same fa66ot who didn't post sht when Floyd fought Marquez and cheated at the scales..
