                  looks like a high ankle sprain, and a bad one. he must have found some sand, been cutting / changing direction, etc. you shouldn't get bruising like that just from "rolling an ankle." not if you're in shape, anyway. on a gigantic man that can be a serious, long term injury. he's also going to put back on a bunch of weight, as he's a partier and not a dedicated athlete, and he's got no real way of doing any cardio.


                  he may want to think about swimming for his cardio sessions.
