  • Comments Thread For: Terence Crawford States His Case For Fans Buying Postol PPV

Based on their promotional and network affiliations, the Terence Crawford-Viktor Postol fight ideally would be televised live on HBO. But based on what Crawford and Postol expected to be paid to fight each other July 23 at MGM Grand in Las Vegas, pay-per-view was the route promoter Bob Arum decided to take to ensure that their 140-pound championship unification fight was scheduled for this summer. Official pricing hasn't been announced, but the HBO Pay-Per-View card featuring the Crawford-Postol fight is expected to cost $50 in SD and $60 in HD if purchased through most cable and satellite companies.

Get several of your buddies together, split it, $10 or $5 each. Problem solved.

Who's idea was it to put this on PPV. Regular HBO is where this belongs. What a bunch of dumbasses, this is going to make less than GGG's ppv disaster.

and at $50-$60?? LOL. $20-$25 is what they should be asking for.

No need to state a case. This is the best fight of the year so far so it should be PPV. Plus, their purses aren't outrageous so they can probably still make a profit on 75-100,000 buys.

i just wish arum would have put at least one other good fight on the undercard. valdez-rueda is OK i guess but ramirez-britsch? where the **** did that come from? this would've been the perfect opportunity to make ramirez-hart

YUP!!! That's my game plan. Don't know why people complain so much when FAKE WWE and UFC has 1-2 PPV events a MONTH!!!

I HATE POOR PPL who complain!!!
