Bellew is pulling a Khan, he knows he doesn't have the talent to rule his own division so he's cashing in by calling out a bigger man for the payday knowing full well he's gonna get slept, easy. And he should be able to keep his belt if the fight takes place over 200lb since WBC didn't strip Khan of his ranking.
