    Russell Jr. vs. Hyland, a 12-round bout for Russell's Jr.'s WBC Featherweight Title taking place on Saturday, April 16 at the Fox Theater at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Conn., is promoted by DiBella Entertainment. In the co-feature, Jose Pedraza and Stephen Smith will meet in a junior lightweight world title bout for the IBF belt. The SHOWTIME CHAMPIONSHIP BOXING doubleheader will air live on SHOWTIME (11 p.m. ET/8 p.m. PT) and will be available in Spanish via Secondary Audio Programming (SAP). Photos by Stephanie Trapp.

    Hyland has that I eat a lot of leather look. I hope he's one of those hard headed Irish I hear about. He's my pick regardless. Long lay off, hand problems, TBAs, Russell has a lot of things not going for him.

        I'm thinking similar. Plus Russell couldn't seem to look at Hyland at the stare down. This will be different for Russell than all the TBAs he's had IMO.

          Mooooonnnnn hyland.....
          Will be some upset if he pulls it off.
          He's got some balls, but at the same time, Russel is a level (maybe 2) above.
          Hyland us really a European level fighter,
          Fck it though,its a pay day and might turn out to be a good one if he beats him.
