valdez is more than ready.he beats everybody at 126 except lomachenko who's moving up so valdez will be able to rule 126 all by himself.

      Hell yeah!

I'd love to see him fight Lee Selby, Santa Cruz, or the Mares/Cuellar winner.

I agree. I'd love to see Loma vs Valdez, but I feel like TR's plan is to move Loma to 130 & have Valdez fight for the vacant title vs whoever.

Valdez is the best fighter imo.

Valdez has the goods. Top Rank has done a very good job bringing up Valdez.

Valdez is as talented as anyone in the division outside of Loma. I would probably favor Valdez over all of the other major title holders outside of Loma.

I look forward to a future matchup between him and Loma probably sometime next year.

Also looking forward down the road to an eventual showdown between Valdez vs Diaz.

Yeah it was a good win. Being back at 126 when Loma is moving up to 130 doesn't hurt either lol

It takes a while to get the fights we want to see. Maybe years, we need more unifications.

I was in attendance last weekend & Oscar blew me away. I made fun of him actually because I was like, "isn't that the kid who throws all hooks and NO jabs???" & then he proved me wrong, omg super ****ing sharp, gradovich was history, didn't know WHERE he was lol

                    -THE SWEET SCIENCE-
Amazing performance by Oscar Valdez! The kid put on a boxing clinic, performance of the night in a lot of people's opinion. Oscar Valdez performance reminded me of a young Juan Manuel Marquez. The kids future looks bright!
